Laura Edens - Certified Federal Enterprise Architect
Ms. Edens is a certified Federal Enterprise Architect, who has over 15 years of experience as a Project Manager and IT Consultant in the Federal sector. She spent 12 years working for Oracle Corporation first as a Technical Manager and then as a Project Manager for large-scale deployment efforts. Ms. Edens also spent two years working with IBM as a Project Manager and is now a Program Manager and the senior Enterprise Architect for Webworld Technologies. Her areas of expertise include: life cycle management, enterprise architecture and project/program management, systems analysis/design, and logical and physical database design for both OLTP and OLAP systems. Ms. Edens has worked with numerous US Government clients including: DOI, NAVAIR, NAVY, DFAS, GSA, FTC, IRS, FDA, CMS and currently NRC.
Brenda Yu - Enterprise Architect
Ms. Yu has over 19 years of broad experience in software and systems engineering. Her primary areas of focus are systems analysis, data modeling, and enterprise architecture, all bolstered by a multi-disciplinary exposure to work assignments and team functions. She applies her deep knowledge in data management to help clients develop strategic data architecture and enable delivery of pragmatic, scalable solutions for business intelligence. She has extensive experience in constructing enterprise data models for various federal government agencies. Ms. Yu’s familiarity with the system development life cycle complements her ability to assess and translate business needs into technological requirements, for which high-level and detailed implementation plans are subsequently created.
Josef Finn - Senior Data Modeler
Mr. Finn has over 20 years of experience in all phases of SDLC in client server and mainframe platforms. He is skilled in gathering and analyzing user requirements, defining functional and technical specifications, data modeling (conceptual, logical and physical), process modeling, data analysis, reverse-engineering, system conversion, data migration, testing procedures specification, building test cases and systems implementation. He has experience with ERWIN, RUP, the FEAF (Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework) and System Architect.
David Aden - System Architect Customization & Reporting Expert
Mr. David Aden has over 19 years of information technology experience, and is a recognized industry expert in the design and development of enterprise-level web applications. He is a long-time published technology author with a number of books and articles to his credit, and has been invited by industry-leading corporations to make presentations on innovative web applications to national audiences. Mr. Aden is also a recognized expert in the customization of IBM’s System Architect, and developed what is widely viewed as a breakthrough web interface that enables non-technical program managers to easily query the Enterprise Architecture repository to obtain information needed to make informed IT purchasing decisions.
